Grüezi!
Growing up in Switzerland to immigrant parents, I was surrounded by many good foods. In my family food brought everyone together; cooking was an act of love. The aromas in our kitchen, the vibrancy of fresh ingredients, and the shared laughter around the dining table are memories that I will forever cherish. I chase those moments and live to recreate them.
At Love, Molly, our mission is simple: to serve each dish with love. Our food truck is a collection—just as we all are—of all that I and those around me love, from our favourite films, to fantastical pieces of literature, to renowned music. I truly believe that food does not have to be boring, it can be healthy, delicious, and imaginative.
Come and try out our dishes, from the Devil Wears Prada to Virginia Woolf’s legendary Mrs. Dalloway, in a celebration of the joy that a delicious meal brings.
